Prior to Surgical Momentum,  Beckham spent 3 years as CEO and founder of Three C, a technology and healthcare service company working with Catastrophic and Complex injuries. Beckham spent 6 years in the Pharmacy Benefit Management space serving as Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Cypress Care, a Worker’s Compensation Pharmacy Benefit Management Company. 

CHAD LEFEVRE, is a charismatic business visionary with 18 years of domestic and international business experience in the areas of marketing, business development and strategic operational planning/management. His expertise includes projects, among others, in health and wellness, technology, education, and at various levels of government. He has worked on projects involving large brands, including Sony Music Latin, Coca-Cola, and Telus. Jeff Silver Well and Wise Media's CFO. He has 25 years of private equity, M&A, investment banking, consulting, and executive-level management experience, and currently serves as the Managing Partner of Ridgeline Partners LLC, a merchant banking firm that assists emerging growth companies with corporate finance, CFO, strategy, and business development activities. Jeff currently serves as CFO for Ecospan LLC, a material science design, development and manufacturing company producing durable goods made from bio-based plastics for global companies such as Apple, Amazon, and Estee-Lauder.  Other Ridgeline projects include Personal Development Network (PDN), Indermica 360 (high-end skin care), Jumpjet Holdings (private jet membership club), and a few real estate and natural resources projects. Prior to Ridgeline, Jeff was a Managing Director of private equity with Millennium Capital Partners in Beverly Hills, California, focused primarily on Greater China and Asia business opportunities. Jeff is a former semi-professional soccer player and enjoys all types of exercise including running, swimming, mountain biking, yoga, and surfing.  Jeff serves as a trustee with University Camps, Inc., a Los Angeles-based non-profit that sponsors week-long mountain camping experiences each summer for approx. 1,000 children from under-served communities aged 10-18.
